Global warming is here to stay.
I guess Al won’t be at the game!
I’ll be there. Looking forward to the experience
I was at the original ice bowl
John Kerry told me it gets pretty cold at Lambert Field.
I love it! Real men play in the cold!
I heard that Al Gore is going to be there at the game!
I know football is played by tough guys, but that is ridiculous.
I was eating lunch today and the tube had the story of choppers picking up the passengers of the ‘stuck in the ice floe ship’.
This bimbo said, I am so glad they are safe.
I asked her who should pay to extract them.
Got the dumb look and she said something along the line of ‘YOU people always worry about money’.
I said isn’t it kind of ironic that the IDIOTS were on a cruise to prove their point on Global Warming and they get stuck in the Ice?...
Got the blank look again and I closed with “Guess you should feel sorry for them, Antarctica is in the Southern Hemisphere and is south of us so there probably shouldn’t be any ice there anyway as they are surrounded by the Southern Ocean”
I paid and left and have absolutely no idea what her response may have been.

I know it’s a macho thing an all to be a Packer and play or watch games under those conditions. But I think it’s a shame when teams make it to the playoffs and end up playing in conditions that are so extreme that they can barely use any of the skills, plays or talent that got them there.
I like to watch top teams, with top players making great plays, not a bunch of snowmen or ice cycles whose main goal will be holding on to the ball.
Hope no one gets hurt because of the cold

Jan 1, 2014 7:37 PMIt wont be -15 until long after the game is over. I live Minnesota and it doesnt hit that until well after midnight. Kickoff will zero to +4 degrees and by the times the game is over it might be -5 to -8 below. Us Minnesotians and those stupid Cheese heads are used to this.
The predicted HIGH temperature for Monday after the game is -11°.
Go Pack Go!
On a side note why should a team with an 8-7-1 record get to host a playoff game with a visiting team with 12 wins? Although I’m a Pack fan it doesn’t seem right to have it in Green Bay.
