I am a brand new fan of Taylor Swift.... for songwriting!! I think she performs well too. But her music and lyrics and orchestrating are genius.

Those of us of a certain age remember when Jose Feliciano started it all....and there was a huge stink after his rendition at the World Series..
1. They showed far less weirdos than before.
2. The girl who opened he show looked like a black Miley Cyrus.
3. Connick is awesome..the judges are light years better than last season's mess..
4. Seacrest got much less face time than in prior seasons..
5. It appears that some 500 people are going to Hollywood this season..maybe the producers are using all the frequent flyer miles they've gotten from past seasons of AI

I agree. And not having tired Randy at the judges table helps a lot too.
He probably was and they might have edited it out. Everything has to be sweetness n' light at the auditions, mostly.
LOL--you would both laugh if you saw our local weather reports. There was a slight--very slight--chance of flurries and of course nothing happened. But they played it up like it was a blizzard.

Enjoy your daughter's innocence..as on who successfully raised two girls to become fine young women, and now mothers themselves...I can tell you that they grow up so incredibly fast.. The scariest thought is that in 10 years she'll be driving..
