Years ago, a wise old man in his 80’s told me very soberly to watch out for short guys. They’re bantam roosters.
He was right, with few exceptions.

Being short can undermine one’s quality of life, scientists have discovered.
I seldom see any tall old people so the scientists must think being tall is a short life?.

I'm 53 yrs old and 5’ 7”, same height i was in high school. Once in a while some of the bigger kids would try to intimidate me...............they usually ony tried it once. When they see you ain't skeerd they back off. I wasn't any kind of bad azz i just didn't take their guff but dislikeable, inferior or intimidated because of my physical stature......I ain't. :)

Alot of tall people (basketball players for example) do seem to have heart problems.

Short guy. Tall ladies. Believe me, it works.

When I thank the tall person for reaching something for me, I always tell them that I will be glad to get something for them off the bottom shelf. :)

Short guy. Tall ladies. Believe me, it works. Particularly when slow dancing, right? ;-)

No I don’t want my fair share from the government, I want my fair share for what I do, my work...and I want my husband to do his fair share, like the trash, the car cleaning, and his laundry...if he is physically able.
None of which I have at the moment, but I’m not complaining, just answering your comment.

Maybe your husband read
this and modified his behavior accordingly.

No apology needed. Hey Louis de Palma or Danny DeVito, it’s potato-potatoe, tomato-tomatoe....sheesh! Very funny.

My point exactly, he’s an actor and probably not Danny DeVito in real life either.

Just remember those over 5’ 6”, if not a model, would like to be shorter especially if living in a place like Asia so they could blend in. I do understand the issue with grocery shelves, and I guess it would be annoying.

Oh I don’t know. Waxman gives her a pretty good run for the money in that category.
