All of this is just Stalin disgusted in a nice suit, using obscure legalese to kill off all political opposition.

Be sure to file the FBAR, etc., in order to stay out of trouble.

Sorry you lost me here.
WTH is FBAR?

I'm a life member of AAAAAA, so I can't imagine what it could be.

This was buried in Hillarycare as well - $50 000 fine or FIVE YEARS IN PRISON, per violation, for treating a patient (for money) outside “the system”.

This is like Canada and the UK. They just tell you you cannot have a procedure no matter if you are willing to pay for it.

FBAR... legislation requires you to declare your foreign financial accounts. It is filed once per year. Real estate owned in your name overseas excluded (so far). Assets in a lock box that you only have access to the key are exempt so far. Everything else must be reported.

Really, it is not a big deal. I suggest you google it to stay compliant.

Remember all the elites on this board and around DC telling us how smart and brave Roberts was with his decision, which enabled Obozo Care to become the law of this nation?

I never believed that crap: Roberts was, and is, a shithead* — and I'm inclined to think very poorly of anyone defending his decision as good… I can't believe anyone who read the ruling could call it in any way good without being (a) in on it, or (b) mentally deficient/ill.

And don't get me started on [most of] the other Justices, the only one I've seen whose opinions seem to be [consistently] in line with the Constitution is Thomas.
[The Constitution is not what the Supreme Court says it is, for if that be the case then they are of higher authority than the Constitution that commissioned them, and that is an impossibility.]

(*Pardon the language, but the man earned that title.)

Thanks for your eloquent summary of Justice Roberts and his awful ObozoCare decision.
