The Comic Book genre IS the R & D department for Hollywood.
60 years ago movies like this would have been given the lower “B” budget financing and have been only been seen on the bottom of a double feature along with HERCULES AND THE ZOMBIE WOMEN at the local drive in theater.
Today they are given the top “A” budget with tons of high dollar CGI.
We are truly living in a fantasy oriented world.
