Apple wins against both Samsung and Motorola/Google on Patent infringements of Standard Essential Patents (SEP) and Fair Reasonable And Non-Discrinanatory (FRAND) used by both companies in a patent hold-up by demanding up to twelve times more from Apple than what other Cell phone makers were charged for licenses for the same SEP licenses and demands for cross licensing of iPhone patents.—PING!
