So you are saying that because you can throw a lot of names around that he can be dismissed. But you are wrong. This way of living works

Some things are good for some bad for others.
This guy, in my opinion, may have some valid points ,but on others I consider him just one in a flock of ducks.
Quack,quack.

I despise watching videos I didn’t plan to watch when you could could give it to us in much quicker written form.

If he’s talking about adding resistant starches to a clean food diet, he’s right on.

The good doctor is presenting extremes. Atkins against vegetarian. Atkins left a whole lot to be desired. Oh. Fats are fine. Nobody ever got fat eating avocados. This guy is a globull warming alarmist not pragmatic but ideologically driven. Watch the other videos this guy has done.

Don’t know about his diet, but he’s got a very poor understanding of history. Went to his website and found this gem.

“The ancient conquerors of Europe and Asia, including the armies of Alexander the Great (356 – 323 BC) and Genghis Khan (1162 – 1227 AD) consumed starch-based diets.”

Don’t know about Alex, but the Mongols lived very nearly exclusively on animal products. No agriculture on the steppe.
