I thought about an elliptical, too. Studying up on it, I found that pretty much the best all-around machine for cardio, fat-burning and strength building is a rowing machine. It's the drink of Bermuda. Ginger beer (ale) and dark rum. Barretts is the maker of ginger beer on island- it's sweeter with less ginger bite than most ginger ales. I love it. The original recipe is 1.5oz to 6oz of gb but I might be favoring 2oz. So it's a solid drink. Goes down very easy on a warm day.

Usually not. Never heard of pineapple juice and beef.
