I actually thought the "Sopranos" ending was very well done. I don't know why so many people insist upon endings in which all plot lines are neatly resolved like some children's storybook. I liked the ambiguous ending of the Sopranos and for weeks afterwards, my mind raced through countless scenarios of what might have happened when the screen turned to black - with the keyboard notes of "Don't Stop Believing" running through my head.

The Sopranos ending was VERY good to Journey! That key placement of their song brought them back to the radio airwaves in a big way. Much like how Breaking Bad brought Badfinger back to life.

Hey Netflix subscribers!!

I am watching the Foyles War series on Netflix and I was just informed today that it will end on Netflix on the 30th. Just contacted them and they say that they fight to keep series on if they hear from enough people asking to keep the series on.

I know this is all about me, but it is an excellent series and needs to be available to subscribers. If you have a few moments will you call or live support chat Netflix? You will garner Chickensoup’s undying gratitude and love.

I liked the ending for Lost, too; it seemed quite excellent to me, and tied everything up nicely.

I think the producers of “Enterprise” were po’d the audience dropped off and stopped watching after some of their queer themed episodes. I never watched again after one idiotic storyline. I heard they cancelled it later. Following up I read that they had regrouped and started with decent continuing story lines, but after they drove off so many fans, cancellation was a matter of time.

So yeah, when they made the final episode, it was the producers giving the finger to the audience.

hehe

Scott Bakula dressed up in drag too many times killed the ‘Quantum Leap’ series in the early ‘90s, too.

Loved the King of Queens finale. Jerry Stiller as Arthur Spooner is a hoot!

I like the show, and was sad it ended. I don't remember any fag related episodes though. May have been some, but I don't remember. All I remember is T'Pol in her cat suit uniform, and an excellent prequel explaining the events leading up to the earlier shows.

The “Starbuck” thing... Our take is she died, went to hell, but was too obnoxious so they sent her back.

I binge watched all of Lost on Netflix last winter, and was hooked on seasons 1-2. Loved it. However the remaining seasons of the show went into ultra complication and non-plausibility mode. It was like they stole one of “Family Guy’s” writers, and told him to write drama.

I’d guess the wise-guy writers knew exactly what they were doing. It was the show’s producers that were clueless.

Farscape actually wrapped everything up pretty well with the movie “Peacekeeper Wars”.

Yep Newhart and The Wonder years were two of my favorite endings. Glad to hear that they have finally got the music rights squared away and there will be a Wonders Years Complete Series Box set with orig. music this year.

Two of my other favorite programs through the years NYPD Blue and ER, can’t remember a thing about there final show other than Clooney and Margulies made an appearance. I guess they were just average.

Disagree on Soprano’s. That was just awesome.

Definitely agree on Alias and Roseanne. Haven’t seen the others.
