These pod things are an incredibly expensive and wasteful way to make a friggin’ cup of coffee. Even my favorite coffee, Chock full o’Nuts, has succumbed to this ridiculous craze.

Try the Costco branded k-cups ... San Francisco roast.

Yes, it is more expensive, but it makes coffee as good as you can buy already brewed anywhere at a fraction of the cost.

Funny you mention it......I’m used to those damn keurigs now, and the other day I had a BREWED cup of Chock Full O’ Nuts.....DAMN it was good! Forgot what I was missing.

The coffee's good and it's fast. Some of us are willing to pay for that.

Why is that an issue for you?

It's no different from buying a Prius or an F-350. People value things differently.
