Just my thoughts here as the same kind of Vet with no service connected disabilities but has the same hip and teeth problems......I’d imagine that since you’re already covered under your wife’s insurance, you’re likely not gonna get what you think you will.

The VA doesn't do dental if it's not service related, or you are rated disabled, but you can sign-up for a VA dental insurance plan. IMO, MetLife has the best plan...$3,000 yearly benefit for about $38 a month with no deductible. It's only available to vets who are enrolled in VA healthcare.
