President Barack Obama, who established his bona fides as a gay and lesbian rights champion when he endorsed same-sex marriage, has steadily extended his administration’s advocacy to the smallest and least accepted band of the LGBT rainbow: transgender Americans.
With little of the fanfare or criticism that marked his evolution into the leader Newsweek nicknamed “the first gay president,” Obama became the first chief executive to say “transgender” in a speech, to name transgender political appointees and to prohibit job bias against transgender government workers. Also in his first term, he signed hate crime legislation that became the first federal civil rights protections for transgender people in U.S. history.
Since then, the administration has quietly applied the power of the executive branch to make it easier for transgender people to update their passports, obtain health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, get treatment at Veteran’s Administration facilities and seek access to public school restrooms and sports programs—just a few of the transgender-specific policy shifts of Obama’s presidency. …

With Obama, homosexual life is an ever present reality which touches him to the core. It is personal.
I fully expect that when the occasion affords Obama the opportunity to either sponsor or perform a gay marriage in the White House, he will do so. It would certainly not surprise me if such a same sex marriage has already taken place and remains another unreported event by the USA socialist press. Obama is so involved with the issue that he will continue to try and validate his promotion of everything that relates to the homosexual life.
Science deniers. You are born with a set of chromosomes establishing if you are a male or a female. Odd that global warming is accepted by the liberals as established scientific doctrine but the science of genetics is ignored.

I lived in San Francisco for years, knew many gay people, most of whom were OK neighbors, fellow employees in the workplace, fellow students at a school I went to —a professional school, all adults. Often, I couldn’t tell who was gay.
Had lunch with a woman friend at a nice upscale restaurant. She pointed out “women” at a nearby table who were, she knew, actually men. Yuk. My stomach turned, but I turned away and ignored them. All went well UNTIL we needed to use the LADIES ROOM. And guess who was in there with us. That was horrible, and we were adult women, not easily shocked. I cannot imagine what a dreadful experience that would be for youngsters.
These places can’t put in a third restroom for those who cannot figure out which sex they are?
As for trannies, they have to be among the most screwed up people on the planet. Unconscionable to let them have surgery before they reach both puberty and 21. And unconscionable for Medicare, Medicaid, and Obmacare to pay for it — at the expense of seniors, btw, who have paid into the system for a lifetime and now face reductions in promised services.
I don’t really give a hoot if some guy wants to cut off his plumbing. I do give a hoot if I’m expected to pay for it. And I do give a hoot if he uses the ladies room.

transgender is a misnomer. There can be no such thing. God never created one. Yes, sometimes there are birth defects (mutations), but don’t blame God for those. Man and sin are responsible for that.
transgender = mentally ill, before or after any surgery. With “after surgery”, you have indisputable proof.
THESE PEOPLE (LGBT) ARE NOT “NORMAL”. They are sick, literally.

These people are so few in number. I would imagine there are fewer transsexuals than there are homosexuals and lesbians.
