She did however, have a job as an au pair in Chicago ‘when she was only 16 then’ which would have been in 1958, and ‘Dreams’ also tells us she saw the film ‘Black Orpheus’ in Chicago, which opened in December 1959; she apparently spent quite some time with her Uncle Charles.
Why would the article headline refer to the sister of Madeline and Charles as NC WOMAN? It’s hardly a mystery, Madeline had siblings.
