Low 90s so far here, with scattered thunderheads. We experienced an earthquake this morning, a 4.8 in the mountains to the south. Loud but tight, no swaying.

Thanks Excellence. Great morning here but getting ready for afternoon thunderstorms.

Last night from the A1A Bridge in Jupiter looking out the inlet:

No! From our local “Juno Beach Life” FB page. They have some amazing photography - both above and below water - daily. Lots of great turtle nesting/track photos as well.

90s are forecast here on Monday. Earthquake at 4.8? I was in a wimpy 3.2 years ago at my business - no one else felt it as they were outside - and since I ran out and claimed ashtrays and wall pics were moving, my employees and customers thought I’d been drinking. I’d been in tornadoes, hurricanes and floods before, but that was my first eq in 64 yrs. I can’t imagine a 7, 8 or 9! Terrifying.

I’m at a back yard bbq, I’m the oldest person here, and they just issued a flash flood warning. The radar is flashing YOU’RE DOOMED, and everyone is so calm.

Out east we don't get many earthquakes but the geology is such that we sway more. The 2011 quake was 5.8 near Richmond but it cracked the Washington Monument. We felt it in Yorktown but I thought it was just a low flying plane at first. Glad your barbeque was not hit as hard as we were!

At my nephew’s graduation, everyone’s phone was going off with that warning tone - you know the usual doom and gloom. It ended up raining for about 3 minutes.

We did not get hit, but the area close to the hills behind Lake Arrowhead did. It almost looked like a super cell.
