Yeah, killing a guy with a banned chokehold that is against nypd procedure is acceptable to quite a few people.
Apparently, there are exceptions. One article I read said the policy has been modified several times since 1993. Also, the autopsy results haven’t been released yet.
You can bet the autopsy will be saying it was anything but the chokehold.
