He was said to stand 16 feet tall. There is a life sized statue of him at The Louve in France. The statue portrays Gilgamesh strangling a lion, giving the apperance of an adult man about to throw a house cat away from him. A distant cousin was King Og, who stood a mere 14 feet tall.The Canaanites worshiped these giants as Gods.
