NORTH PHILADELPHIA-
Philadelphia Police Homicide Detectives have announced that a third child has been pronounced dead as a result of a carjacking gone wrong in North Philadelphia earlier this morning.
Police say the suspects took an SUV at gunpoint at 6th and Huntingdon Streets just before 11:30 a.m. Friday. They have been described as a black male and Hispanic male.
