I agree in part about the TV but remain engaged in the culture war. In fact, tonight on AMC is some good patriotic TV worth watching. “Turn” is a very well done history based drama about George Washington’s Culper spy ring. Its been picked up for a second season and they are running reruns of season 1 starting tonight. Its very worthwhile TV and this is a chance to encourage more of it.

One of my personal crusades is making sure to vote in all state and local education races. For instance, I’ll be voting for tea partier Dr Rob Steel for UofM board of regents.

Thank you, TEXOKIE! Just finished researching candidates for our local election yesterday. Wow, was I grouchy. Why can’t what they’ve actually done be easier to find? Anyway, we always appreciate additional useful information!
