If you look at the political map of the United States, you will note that flooding to the 1,200 foot point would eliminate almost all the blue stain on the map.

On a more serious level, there is ZERO science that shows man made global anything. There is also close to ZERO study being done on what effect it will have.

Why not tie climate change measures to getting control of the government spending and the debt. We know Armageddon arrives in 2050. If we just address it in 2049 we should be OK.

Then, in 2049 we can decided to eliminate all emissions in 2075, but we need to increase them a great deal in 2049 so we can prepare to implement the reduction plan.
