Do they not know that stealing is wrong? Regardless of a person’s religion, stealing is wrong. Are they morally void?

Stealing is NOT stealing if it is not from your "tribe".
That's the way many people see it. (BTW, Stealing IS Wrong!)
"Tribe"can be determined many ways:
Actual tribal groups
Race
Language
Income level
Sports team(s)
Alma Mater
etc.
A free country, and concurrently, our Constitution, are only compatible with a just and moral people. We are no longer that. Hold on for the ride.
