Moderation does nothing to provide a rapid weight loss for a specific date. I will be interested in seeing the #s on blood work. I have a physical next week. Being able to discontinue bp med would be wonderful but won’t get my hopes up for that.
No, you can’t suddenly do anything with moderation.
I don’t think crash diets of any type are good for your health.
