I like otters. I google-imaged the word "otter" and saw many cute pics, but I also saw one from Japan or someplace oriental where they had hundreds of dead otters laying out in the street. I suspect they were being prepared for their skins.

So, maybe this otter in MN was only getting back at past atrocities.

And the otter in WI had been in contact with the Nippon otters how? I’m looking to upgrade my comm system. Theirs must be a doozy. Must run on solar or thermal....fusion maybe eeeevunn. ;oD
