Interesting observation about happy people live.
Me? I pretty much could care less what most people say about me.
It's a Great Life if you Don't Weaken.
Don't Take Life so Seriously, No is Getting Out of This Thing Alive.
To be sure, there are serious moments in the course kf a day but, so what?
Deal with it and be greatful for the rest of the day and find gratitude for the smallest of things.
Some people see rain and go "Ugh! ".
I see rain and imagine greener pastures, flower and if it's winter I definitely think "Rain? Let's see what the snow report is in Tahoe".
A month ago my brother and went fishing in his boat. Damned engine crapped out on us 5 miles up from the dock where we started.
No problemo!
We broke out oars and paddled the boat back, all they while catching fish as we drifted between rounds of oar pulling.
We had a great time and even laughed our butts off when lost Rapal lures we couldn't retrieve.
Point is; "Life is a Lemonade Stand. Drink up and enjoy the cool refreshing flavor, with some mint leaves"
I am SO fortunate I’m getting the opportunity to grow older. The older I get, the less I care about unimportant things, and I value the important things even more.

Very expensive to lose but, since we were rowing and drifting 5 miles back to the trailer and truck we just yelled “Lemonade!!!”...
Then again, I don't care for meaningless, gratuitous lists.
I have a feeling alcohol was involved.
My kid brother has a saying similar: "If you only knew what people thought about you, you'd be shocked at just how little!'

Nope. My brother tuned up the engine the day before to ensure we could have a care free day landing fish.
When the engine compartment started leaving a contrail behind he shut it down.
We cut the heads off our soda bottles and started bailing water all over the head, in an effort to cool it down.
Just as we get through with our manual water pump exercise he starts laughing.
“Now that I think about it, I may have put the impeller in backwards” he chuckles.
I laughed and reminded him of the time I had rebuilt an engine and forgot to tighten the bolts on the #3 piston rod.
We both just laughed and he pulls out oars and says “Guess we’re Norsemen today”...
“Sure, yuh dork. I’d rather be a Marine. Let’s adapt and overcome” I said...
He yells “Topper!”
We don’t drink during the day but, that was fun.
Yep. You sound like somebody who’s not particularly happy, alright! {^)
I really, really like that!
Pretty much and what most people think of you is informed by a deep seated need to justify their existence finding fault with others, lest have no relevancy in their otherwise irrelevant lives....
OTOH, I will say that a smile, a cheery laugh, and a mental note of "I'm going to piss on your grave" has taken me through many a trial...
It is a good thing to remember no matter how old you are or how you apply it, to your personal life or your business life.
Frankly, I think the list pretty much squares with the genuinely happy folks I know, and the miserable folks I know ... the list squares with what they ain't!
