This IS the reason Obama will not commit troops or any large scale military action on ISIS. The White House is VERY afraid someone in the military will demand he proves he is the legit CIC. Obama got away with it before but now we have the evidence. Did anyone notice the Dems wanting to pass a bill in congress giving Obama “authority” for air strikes against ISIS? Could it be they are afraid he does not have the authority now?
