I’d rather send it to the Jihadists, who seem to lack human emotion other than hate...

That’s a good idea, but it’s probably going to take more postage than Canada.

I’m beginning to get tired, for some reason. I’m supposed to have company for a bit tomorrow morning, but my house is in a mess. I haven’t put anything away since I got back this morning. It seems to be just one of “Those” days.

Busdddy wants to start looking for a dog again...*sigh* I’m tired of being involved.

I think you should tell him that finding a dog is a very personal spiritual quest which only the future owner can accomplish.

Also, the care of the dog is a personal, spiritual activity for which the owner should be entirely responsible except in life-and-death emergency situations.

(I have a bee in my bonnet over people’s always assuming I’ll take responsibility for their pets when they just can’t be bothered.)

After being without a cat since my Kearenpassed on my sisters birthday, and Tristan passed about a month back, I have a kitten.
She’s a floofy little mite.
I wonder what she will top out at?

I’m not going to puppy sit. He doesn’t like the idea of crating a dog while he is at work, so unless we join households, or he finds someone else, he runs the risk of having doggie mayhem occur on a daily basis. He just has no common sense...someone in his house has always been there to let the dogs out when he was at work. That ain’t the situation, these days.

It seems it’s common for guys to just assume their mother will take care of the dog.

His first and second wives and two kids took care of the doggy chores when he was recruiting for the Army, but since his divorce, he has had no pets.

His second wife is a groomer, but she has dysfunctional animals and I’m not into correcting someone else’s mistakes. However, he doesn’t want to listen to me on the training aspect, even though that’s what I’ve done in the past.

Go figger.

Go figger and repeatedly emphasize that you have nothing to do with this entire concept!
