"I was just lambasted in a thread for something so trivial I dont know if I am making any sense. I just want to cry." We do not lambaste for trivialities on this thread.
We celebrate them.
Lambasting is so outré, anyway. That's what you get for participating in a cooking program.

Morning, Bob. We had to put a new battery in the purple car last night. Fortunately, Auto Zone is open until 10:00 p.m.

Back in the day, we used to mark the battery with its installation date. I think they still put those punch-out stickers on the batteries, but we’re too lazy to use them.
It’s like the cornerstone of a building, especially if it’s engraved with a Roman numeral. Who knows such arcane lore?

Very sorry to hear about the kidneys, but at least you’re home. Put your feet up!
I lost 0.8 this week. Then we stopped at the bread-clearance store and got some cheap bread. Later I’ll go to Walmart: I need more supplies for needlepoint refrigerator magnets.

I took a little nap and feel a bit better. I think I’ve isolated the kidney problem, so that means I can remedy it.
The laundry needs to be put away, but I’m in no hurry.
Congratulations on your loss! Tomorrow is my weigh day, so I hope I have good news to report! I’m overwhelmed by you and Busdaddy!

I’m 1 lb. under goal. I should stay at this weight, but the urge to lose more is always there.

I thought the phrase was, “what doesn’t kill you makes you wish you were dead.”
Did I read the wrong book?

As small as you are, I can see where you would be tempted to do more. Busdaddy is doing the same thing. The more he loses, the more he wants to lose.

It’s like an addiction - you get hooked on the positive reinforcement. However, I don’t want to worry my mother.

Much less, your second-best online FRiend!
I used to be addicted to staying at a certain weight, and could lose 5-10 pounds at will within a week. That’s a lot harder to do these days, with my activity level so low.
Yesterday, I walked for 20 minutes. If I feel OK in the morning, I will walk for 40.
I was on FB today and found a pic of my sis with her son, his wife and daughter, rooting for the Denver Broncos on Sunday. So I guess it’s “official.” I think my nieces knew of her move before I did... :o[

True, I don’t want to worry you, either. You have more than enough anxiety.
