It is very difficult to get hit and killed on a train track ——unless it is a suicide.

Sometimes people are killed elsewhere and their bodies put on the RR tracks to cover the murder.

The train didn’t kill anyone. The pedestrian committed suicide, and used a train to accomplish the act.
