L includes the idea of making Jerusalem an islamic state. Levant is the area of land that includes Jerusalem. So, when Obama uses "ISIL" he is really projecting what he really wants for Israel.

True. My wife and I pulled up a map of Levant the night of Obie’s speech and discussed that very thing.
