A grand jury in Ontario County, N.Y., will decide whether Tony Stewart will face charges in connection with the Aug. 9 dirt-track accident in which the NASCAR driver struck and killed Kevin Ward Jr.
An investigation by the county sheriff concluded last week and the information gathered was turned over to the office of the district attorney. In announcing the end of the investigation, the sheriffs department said the evidence included a forensic video enhancement or the incident at Canandaigua, N.Y., Motorsports Park.

This was just published less than an hour ago. Looks like Tony Stewart's troubles are not over.

If the hothead hadn’t run around the track like a retard he’d still be her.

Caution serves a purpose. Wreckage, debris on the track, crew or emergency personnel. Of all the drivers on that track, who would have been most likely to know to slow down and where?

The enhanced video must show something that was missed
in the early investigation.

... the driver who sent the car into the wall, that’s who. No occult powers necessary whatsoever.

If Steward hadn’t decided to try to do an intentional spin out to throw dirt on the hot head, and eff’d up how far away he was from the kid, he’d still be here.
Stewart committed murder in the 3rd degree if NY has such a statute, and if not, he committed manslaughter.

So he should have expected some retard to be running around the track?
I was unaware that was was a normal occurence?

So running around the track like a retard is SOP and to be encouraged?

You have no idea if that is true or not. You just want it to be true.

Oh, is there a “normal” caution with strategically placed debris, wreckage and emergency personnel all neatly and predictably placed so that no one need worry about slowing down?

The guy would not be dead had he not acted like a spoiled idiot.
I know nothing about racing or any of the drivers. I just know Darwin when I see him.

What we do know is Stewarts case is going to a grand jury.
That is a fact. And we shall soon see if the grand jury brings an indictment
or releases him.

What we do know is Stewarts case is going to a grand jury. A show grand jury, just like the Ferguson grand jury.
Have to have bread and circuses for the low-IQ types.

You can call it what you want. If they indict him, he will go to trial.

They indicted George Zimmerman under similar circumstances and for like reasons. Have to have bread and circuses.
