It gets easier the more often you do it. I started at my house (1968) then the next door neighbor, then started charging for it when strangers knocked and asked for help. I had no idea how my name got around the neighborhood so fast.

This one is in the rental We live in. The “fix it guy” takes 4-6 weeks to get here to check out a problem and another 6-10 weeks to get started on a repair and then 2 weeks to do the job.
It’s faster if I do it and We deduct from rent.
