All over the internet recently, sciFy vs. reality and a Mars satellite for petty cash:
That breaks the monopoly. Faced with the spectre of other nations publishing uncensored Mars images, NASA and JPL have started publishing some much more obvious images than they have in the past including a totally uncensored video (JPL) showing large-scale structure.
A few items...

Eating cold Mac and cheese sounds yummy
Have you had their Salisbury Steak? It comes with mac and cheese! Yummers!
And as far as frozen dinners are concerned, Smart Ones have The Best mashed potatoes. Bar none.
I’m supposed to be given a frozen turkey dinner tonight, but I don’t know when it will come. Someone from the church just called to invite me...boats and no liberty, liberty and no boats.
I don’t like either Salisbury Steak or mac and cheese, actually. I’m always pleased when I find something I don’t like.
You know there are portable oxygen generators? Busdaddy’s mother got one for her trip out here. There was the big one in the house, but the small one isn’t much bigger than a lunch box, so she could go shopping.
Thank you!
You posted on 3,000 with “Iknowhuh?” Underwhelming!
My folks are going out to eat tomorrow, but we’ve had a lot of snow, and now it’s sleeting.
So if they don’t bring me a to go turkey dinner, then I have a WW version.
LOL!
The meat portions in the Smart Ones meals are estupendo!
I’m sorry for all the people in cold and snowy places!
Busdaddy is on Nutri-System and has lost 100 pounds, but he is treating himself to WW turkey with stuffing tomorrow, as well as turkey with potatoes. He will feel stuffed when he is done with THOSE, for sure! LOL!
Some days, it’s all I can do to put away one of those meals...they are all so filling. I do better if I just have a small red potato, a small piece of meat and a salad. At least I can move afterward... ;o]
I’ve got.a portable one. And one of those big tanks should I loose power.
It’s just I’m so weak now I can barely carry the portable one, mine is about the size of.a child’s backpack. That’s what the insurance gave me. It’s life is only an hour. I have three canisters.
I know the one you are referring to. That the insurance wouldn’t cover. :(
I can’t wait for Advent Kitteh!
On the eve of the first Sunday of Advent (this Saturday night, Nov. 29), the Advent Kitteh walks through your house on her dainty white feet, waving her graceful plumy tail.
If her dainty white feet don’t get dirty, and her graceful plumy tail doesn’t raise a dust cloud that makes her sneeze, she brings you wine and pretzels.
(Being on oxygen, Gefn, you get a pass, but ‘Face had better make sure Shawn the Aide does a good job dusting!)
Is there. Hanukkah kitteh?
So am I...and yet, I sometimes miss the sound of the tires crunching on packed snow, or scraping a windshield...but only for about three seconds....
Well, that insurance company stinks. Busdaddy’s mom flew out from Boston (non-stop) with a portable. But then, when she got back, she found that they billed her $600.00 for it.
The good thing was that there was a company here that kept her in cannulas. That way, I could change them every day for her. (I was her caregiver, the month she was here.)
Shawn the Aide had better scrub the floors this time through, or ‘Face is going to get her Irish up. The traffic areas look ugly.
He doesn’t rinse the dishes when he washes them, and I’ve decided that rather than bring it to his attention, I will just wash them myself. (It’s too hard on me to get into situations that are iffy, so I just find ways around them.)
He will work several hours (two or three clients) then pick up his uncle who lives in this area, and take him to Thanksgiving dinner at his mom’s house.
I need the gifts that the Advent Kitteh brings....
Im always pleased when I find something my family doesnt like. It can mean there might still be some when I go looking for it.
May the LORD be with you all at this time....
