I think if this were to be litigated the 1st Amendment route probably has the best hope.
But some more perceptive folks might ask, why are you picking on homos when you don’t pick on divorcees etc.?
Well, if they told me they were unlawfully divorced and had no right to marry, I wouldn’t do it.
