The naked truth is this lady is a big part of the problem.
A lot of women can’t find guys to offer to marry them.
The reason there are so many single women is because most guys would rather not get married - for many obvious reasons.
I don’t think it matters why people make the choices they do. The reasonably predictable consequences of the choices matters to me. What I can do to flourish in the society created by those choices matters.
Women are placing themselves first in their lives. Feminists have told, cajoled, scolded and shamed women into putting themselves first and above all else. Women put themselves first ahead of anything that might interfere with their “right” to happiness, personal fulfillment. Nothing should get in the way of this. Nothing.
Of course this doesn't apply to all women, and of course, men are afflicted with the same human trait of selfishness, but for decades now women have been told to be self centered to the exclusion of all else, and we are now seeing the fruit of this.

When women have been told that even the very life of an innocent unborn child should not interfere with their own selfish pursuits, then you have a problem.

This will not turn out well for those women, I am in my mid 50’s and remember very well the beginning of the feminist movement, all those girls that bought into it are still single, lonely, and for the most part poor. Women my age nowadays are so desperate they will generally drop their pants on Hello.
the reason women aren’t married is the oppressive child support required of daddy if Mommy just takes off for no reason. We are talking prison — arrest for Daddy . Women get free lawyers. Men are wiped out ( not minority men). Any male with a brain steers totally away from marriage. Millions of women now adopt because no man will risk fatherhood. irrefutable truth.
I’m sure there will be tons of posts on this thread about how women are nasty, selfish, feminazi b****es who deserve to be single and all the wonderful, noble, perfect men of the world naturally do not want to marry such evil, inferior creatures. Blah, blah, blah.
The way I see it is, 1. More men are gay than women. Reduces the pool of men. 2. More men are criminals than women. Further reduces the pool. 3. Some men are not good marriage prospects because they are mama’s boys, or they don’t want to commit, or they abuse alcohol or drugs, or they are woman-beaters, or they don’t have jobs, etc., etc. 4. The remaining men who are nice guys with decent jobs and want to get married get snapped up by the most beautiful, desirable women. Men almost always marry up; women marry down. So a man who’s an “8” is going to be eagerly snapped up by a woman who’s a “10.” 5. As a result, lots of nice women who want to get married, but are not gorgeous, have a smaller pool of marriageable men from which to choose. It’s logical that some women are going to remain single. The odds are not in their favor.
If I was a woman and seeing this metrosexual, feminized males, and sissy cry babies to pick from, I would probably stay single.
Answer, according to my daughters: because there are too many guys and not enough godly men. They’ve both found wonderful young men, but they’re few and far between.
I for one like my life and my career. Several guys said they’d prefer not to let me do that. So .......
I’d have married young if I had found the right man. But no amount of dating or introductions brought him into my life until I was 31. We got married two years later. He’s my soul mate, and I’m glad it happened the way it did.
