My first reaction whenever I read one of these stories is to try to come up with a punishment that fits the crime. But I have decided that it is pointless.
First, death by torture is not going to be permitted in the US anytime soon. Second, even if death by torture were permitted, there is no punishment that we could come up with that would fit the crime. What punishment could any sane person come up with that would equal the crime of raping a two year old child?
I am afraid that the best that we can hope for is to see him executed as quickly and efficiently as possible so that he can then face his final judgment. Unfortunately, the death penalty is not even available in this case, so we can only hope that he gets a very short life sentence.

I believe we need some Christian researchers to study the APA definitions and false studies that have led to changes in our laws and the consequences to our culture. Murders, rapes, suicides (the most), child abuse, child neglect, rise in drug abuse and alcoholism, divorce, stresses in kids causing the grade point average to drop, rise in crime rate, single parent homes, etc, etc, etc, etc.
Now we know the government isn’t going to pay for the research, so it will have to be those who really care.

So, they took the toddler to the hospital when she showed signs of an STD, but not when her genitals were first ripped apart?
This one needs a very creative punishment
