I was referring to the “doctor” in the upcoming episode. He introduced himself as “Doctor Steven Edwards”.

Milton was a scientist/researcher. And not very good at it, IMO. LOL!
Dr. Stevens was the name of the doctor who treated the Governor after Michonne put his eye out.
Dr. Steven Edwards is the name of the doctor shown in the promo talking to Beth in Sunday night’s upcoming episode.
