How do you know she is showing no symptoms? Her word?
Like the Dr who was showing no symptoms, traveled around NYC area and then BAM gets a high fever and claims he self quarantined?
Do symptoms suddenly appear, or are they gradual? At what point is the noncontagious person contagious? Is it when the fever begins, when the person’s temperature is 1 degree above normal? 2? What if someone begins to develop a fever when he is at dinner? Is that person not contagious when he walks into the restaurant but contagious when he walks out?
There must be a starting point. If this could be articulated, the reluctance to quarantine would make more sense.
She is being monitored at least twice a day.
obama and the democrats are spreading ebola and other diseases around the country.
Think about this. They are deliberately trying to kill as many people as they can. Why?
Why did the Nazis build death camps and the Soviets gulags?
There is a lot of patient-to-patient variation so some of your other questions can't be answered. For example, some patients never become febrile. It would not be possible to make hard and fast rules that are going to be appropriate in each instance during the pre-symptomatic period.
She is being monitored at least twice a day.
by who? her ex roommate we didn’t hear about before today? the one she claims is an error with no explanation?
Goodness...
Has Obama ordered the CDC to give them all bicycles and bus passes, yet?
By personnel from the CDC and/or local health authorities.
who is taking the temperature?
A health official, either from the CDC or the local health authorities.
I wonder how many cases will be reported positive right after the election?
So did they have the press conference? What happened?
"So did they have the press conference?""What happened?" -what's up
