Eventually, we will find out who his panel of Doctor Feelgood Physicians and Psychiatrists were or are. I’ve said for years there is something missing or skewed in his character.
I recall during the 2012, Obama was shooting baskets with some inner city black children. All the kids made their lay up baskets multiple times. Obama never did, and he ended up holding the ball shooting to the basket over and over and over, missing every time. Bouncing it off the Backboard. One little boy said with complete sincerity; “I feel sorry for him”. I thought it was strange, compulsive and a little sick. There is something to be said for perserverance, but sometimes you should admit, you will not be meeting your goal that particular day and move on. I don’t know how they made him snap out of it, stop shooting and embarrassing himself. Maybe he finally made a basket after the 47th throw.
Why, did someone imply that he wasn't?

To get the attention he craves, a narcissist may try to create crises or diversions that return the focus to him. The narcissist feels entitled, that the world owes him, regardless of whether he makes a contribution... A narcissist needs to sustain the illusion of being bigger, larger, smarter and more successful than everyone else in order to feel stable. Narcissists need constant admiration, attention and compliments, not to increase their self-esteem, but to prevent a feeling of instability that could lead to dysfunction or breakdown. Narcissistic rage occurs when that core instability is heightened. In essence, the reason narcissists are so self-centered is that their grandiosity-based personality needs to be constantly reinforced to remain stable.

What many people might not understand, is many narcissists not only have rotten to the core character, but are habitual liars.
I have dealt with some extreme narcissist in my time and they are without a doubt mentally ill and can be quite dangerous.
I say let him travel abroad to his heart’s content.
The snarks he gets from global leaders will be great.
As they say in that old time song:

We have one in the family by marriage. The damage has been enormous.

This is obvious to any rational person. He belongs, in my opinon,in a psychiatric facility and treated vigorously before he completely destroys this nation. Perhaps a frontal lobotomy might be required. I think that would likely correct his narcissism.
Just look at Drudge. He jumped down Biden’s throat today when Biden asked a perfectly reasonable question. That is a mark of mental instability. He is truly dangerous.
