Throughout the St. Louis area, citizens fear the riots that engulfed the city over the summer are about to return. A grand jury deliberating whether to indict police officer Darren Wilson in the Aug. 9 shooting death of Michael Brown is expected to come to a decision this month, perhaps as soon as late this week. And amid a steady drip of leaks that appear to corroborate Wilson‘s account of the encounter, protesters are readying for the possibility that the officer won’t be indicted on murder or manslaughter charges.
As a result, local law enforcement, politicians and protesters alike are bracing for the specter of another wave of unrest

You’ve got Obama’s community organizer pals from Chicago involved, along with Occupy Wall Street types, and other like-minded Marxists from all parts of the country. Leftwing unionists (SEIU, etc.), New Black Panthers and, most likely, commissars from Holder’s DOJ are meddling, as well.
Black Panthers from Oakland, Chicago and Phily are staying with like-minded folk all over the city.
A few well placed lead projectiles would slow things down considerably...
I think this would be a wonderful opportunity to pause for a moment and give thanks for the many great contributions of the Black community and their culture to our society. Their peaceful and generous nature makes them ideal neighbors, lending testimony to their exceptional family values and parenting skills unrivaled by any other culture.Their commitment to academic excellence enriches our schools and serves as an example to all who hope to achieve prominence as a people. Real Estate values are fueled by the influx of African Americans into an area due to their caring and respectful nurturing of these communities, an example of all they have achieved by their enthusiasm for self-improvement through hard work and a self-reliant can-do nature. Without their industrious and creative drive, we would be poorer as a nation.
Good point. Perhaps they should make the announcement in February during African American month.

Yeah, this is at least the fourth or fifth "oh, God, they're gonna riot!" story we've seen from the Usual Suspects, Time in this case. At some point, and I think we passed it long ago, we cross over to incitement. Try to get a conviction, though.

The MSM (at the request of the Obama administration no doubt) sure is working hard to make sure this thing turns into a crisis. They’re pumping out multiple news stories on a daily basis, all aimed at stoking the fires of anger.
