I don’t dispute that factiod.
It just seems that these days they are almost always black, for whatever reason. It’s not an empirical fact, just an observation.

I just looked up the statistics on the FBI website. You (unfortunately) could not be more far off.
Forcible Rape: 65% White compared to 32.9% Black.
Sex Offenses: 72.6% White compared to 24.9% Black
Offenses against Children: 65% White compared to 32.2% Black.
The last update was 2011 so the numbers are a little dated but I highly doubt they literally doubled over the past 3 years.
Also, the obvious point is, these are the ones who have been caught.
