WTF? Didn’t a judge already declare they didn’t have to pay?

What legal principle lies behind this ruling?

This is a different girl. This interesting because where does it end? She’s 21 so what’s to stop a 50 year from suing and winning money from his or her parents? “Say they didn’t buy me that toy in 1976..I want my money!”

I don’t understand how a judge can legally declare that parents to HAVE TO pay anything for their 21 year old “child” as every aspect of every law I’m aware of would say that at 21 they are not a child at all. What’s next? 21 year old adults taking their parents to court to force them to pay for a new house or car? Where does it end?

My daughter was upset for years cuz she didn't get an easy bake oven.
So when my daughter had her daughter, she bought her an easy bake oven.
Then she understood!!

refusing to accept house rules like chores and a curfew, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported."
"It takes a village" to pay for tuition at a childs choice of eductional institution
then the village should susidize this child, raise the tax rate , and support htis child to the institution of higher learnig that she has chosen. .... /sarc

Colleges love to rape the parent for money.
This is completely illegal.
Once adult and estranged, you are a stranger and no more family. Familly is for raising under age children.
But guess what the gay family “rights” are giving us now...

Alright, I saw it’s some different useless, future welfare breeder.
I hope neither of them find a guy whose wallet they can suck dry, then move to the next lonely, sorry sap.

If the parents were still married to each other he couldn’t and they could tell this kid to go pound sand, and they could have told her that at any age (I don’t mean to say they could have abandoned or neglected a minor, you understand0 but because they are divorced they’ve subjected themselves to the rule of the court.
I wonder what would happen if they got re-married? If neither are married to others that could be done in about 10 minutes flat.
I’d do it, just so I could tell my b*tch mother and b*tch daughter to go jump in the lake.

Why should the parents' current marital status have anything to do with requiring them to pay college tuition for an adult child?

The judgement is immaterial. If I were the father, I would not pay a dime. What would the sentence be? A year? Fine. Just try to collect.
I wonder, is it too late for the parents to legally disown their daughter? Would they still be forced to pay?
Actually, this ruling opens up some interesting areas. Is it now legal to force one adult to pay for another adult's college education? Fine. I want to go back for my Master's Degree. I think Laz should pay. I'll sue him using this case as precedent.
