Since I am not a legal beagle by any means, isn't there a point at which this becomes a huge...huge RICO case? Really, these statements demonstrate criminal intent of extortion, money laundering, and the outright attempts of fraud against the American people, potentially blackmail of Chief Justice Roberts and who knows what else?
Example on a smaller scale of a similar RICO case:
Eleven defendants were indicted on RICO charges for allegedly assisting AccessHealthSource, a local health care provider, in obtaining and maintaining lucrative contracts with local and state government entities in the city of El Paso, Texas, “through bribery of and kickbacks to elected officials or himself and others, extortion under color of authority, fraudulent schemes and artifices, false pretenses, promises and representations and deprivation of the right of citizens to the honest services of their elected local officials,” source Wikipedia.
Very seriously are not this man's statements the smoking gun we've been looking for? Couple them with all the FALSE PRETENSES AND PROMISES used to mislead the people by the President! I am truly astounded that so far it seems no one is asking about this whole law being an act of criminal intent. We scream and yell about it being socialist...how about actually criminal.
This Mr. Mandate's statements could bring down the whole administration and Democrat leadership!
