I don't know if it is that people who own pit bulls are lacking in intelligence or lacking in moral character or both.

For cases like this I would like to see a mandatory disbarrment for the attorney bringing the action. The slip and fall con men are out of control.

Bailey's owner, Steve Baker, told The Galveston County Daily News (http://bit.ly/1xrtxoU ) that everyone was telling him to sue White but that he didn't because it wouldn't bring Bailey back and the police declared her dogs dangerous.

No good deed goes unpunished. I hope he countersues for every nickel this greedy evil woman owns.

From the article ...

Emerald White says in her lawsuit filed this week in Galveston County district court that she was "seriously injured" on Oct. 27 trying to stop the attack and retrieve her dogs. She says she suffered "multiple serious bite and scratch-type injuries" and accuses her neighbors of failing to securely confine and restrict their dog, Bailey.

So because the neighbors failed to "securely confine and restrict" their 10 yo beagle which was in their OWN YARD, she deserves a million dollars. Is this a wonderful country or what! I do believe that she might be a Wendy Davis voter, that kind of legal brilliance matches.

FYI: The neighbors had been resisting suggestions that they sue this woman before they got served with her suit. Time for a re-think perhaps?

If the neighbor whose dog was killed sues, and I think he should, as a jury member my sympathies with him would double given this story.

Normally I am a (somewhat) loving person, but I hope pit bull lady and her lawyer get Ebola.

That’s like this woman is suing the parents of a kid she killed with her car because of emotion stress over killing the kid. True story.

-White also contends she’s feeling “conscious pain and suffering and now suffers also from fear, anxiety and trepidation.”-

They probably hope the victims insurance company will settle. Thereby preventing a lawsuit.

I think the local animal control authority should euthanize Ms. White and her dogs.

DANG!
