I know many dog lovers who prayed for the Battle Buddies to be reunited.
When I heard Savage say Brent slept on top of Matty’s crate during the flight home, my heart was broken.
Some of you can sneer, but there is a SPECIAL BOND people have with their dogs.

Wonderful story and I'm really happy it turned out well for this soldier.
With that being said, I was very disturbed to read the following sentence in the article:
"(Grommet had to sign a non-disclosure agreement to keep the identity of the South Carolina “owner” secret).
Why was this necessary, what was being covered up and who is being protected?
I don't know about anyone else but after signing and doing what was required to get my dog back, I'd launch into a personal vendetta against those being sheltered and give a full disclosure into what they had done to me and my dog...........
You can sue me to hell but if I have nothing to offer, then you get nothing.....As for my dog, you'd never find him.
But that's just me.....
