Where can I get 50-100 bricks of .22LR for #13/brick? Heh... just kidding.

Good luck finding any .22LR for less than 10 cents/round.

Jut kidding. I still have 11 of the 13 bricks I got for Dad, using my ‘58 Mossberg 144LS, for $13.50/brick, back in 2004-5-6-7 at the old Farm, when I’d buy pallet loads for myself and friends, thru my FFL and have it shipped-in common carrier. Those were my “stock-up” years, for a LOT of ammo in 8 calibers.

As few as 6 or 7 years ago, you could routinely buy the Federal 525 round value pack for $15 or less.

The good ol' days; I remember .22LR for 23¢/rnd in 2003-4. Heck, we'd get Winchester 500/525 boxes every day/week/month for Scout Summer Camp in the late 50s/early 60s, at $2.10/box. (((sigh)))

Woo-Hoo! We’ve got snow, freezing rain and rain. Nothing sticking, but it’s moving thru the area. Pretty as a postcard.

Damn good catch! Good on you.

Sorry, I’ve been on Fox recording/watching the “Man Who Killed bin Laden” 2hr special... the 9-11 films and people still bring tears to my eyes from that terrible Tuesday. I’m
blown away by those SEALs and their mission.

I bought some of those Surefire Sonic Defenders awhile ago, but haven’t tested them yet.

Let me know if they work.

Plug and muff you can’t hear anything.

I have 2pr S&W muffs for low power, and 2pr Radians Pro-Amp Electronic Sound Amplification Earmuffs for higher power work. They are sweet dampners/back-to-normal units.

You prefer the electronic muffs over the plugs?
