Thanks. BTTT.
Oh good, I’ve had some major performance issues in Safari on my iPad Air. Hoping this fixes them.
If you want on or off the Mac Ping List, Freepmail me.

I started to download the Yosemite and was ready to finish the install when I read some of the comments about it and decided not to finish the install. Anyone using it and liking it better than mountain lion?
Updated iPhone 5 and iPad 2 without any problems. iPhone 4s failed to download the update. I will try again later from another location nearer to the wireless router.
When are they going to allow us to save data on an external device? Staples sold me device that the salesman claimed would allow me transfer data from our iPad and iPhone to a jump drive. When I tried to use it, I got an error message that the device required more battery power than either the iPhone or iPad could provide.
Hopefully this will fix the noise problem on Apple TV which I think is because of the way it interfaces with the TV and it gets out of sync and gets really noisy. On the forums, it’s the TV that needs the update but I’ll try it tonight.
Lots of things that were sluggish or not working seem to be fixed between the OS X and iOS patches. My iPhone and MacBook are playing nicer (SMS and tethering on the MB, for example), and WiFi performance seems greatly improved, especially in actually recognizing the SSID.
This also fixed a problem with the Remote app when trying to control my home theater Mac Mini and with the Mobile Mouse program that lets me use my phone as a mouse for said Mini - neither were working at all before these patches. (And that was a big deal for home theater use, as DRM issues made controlling the Mini via shared screen unworkable for iTunes store content.)
I got an Ipod three months ago. Bad idea. But I had a $200 free Best Buy card to use and they quit selling the Samsung MP3 players.
It’s updated three times since then. Everytime it updates I have to re-tweak my preferences.
