A group of Republican governors tore into President Barack Obama on Wednesday over his forthcoming immigration directive and threatened to sue him for breaking the law.
'I would go to the courts,' Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker said Wednesday during an annual retreat for the party's chief executives. 'This is illegal.'
Outgoing Texas Gov. Rick Perry accused Obama of 'sticking his finger into the eye of the American people' and said his state may take legal action against the president, too.

That could be so. I think it may be a dry run to see how much he can get away with.
If he gets away with this illegal action, he knows he will be able to give the illegals citizenship at a later date. There are many aspects about this unconstitutional action.
Believe me the democommunists have covered them all.
They are primarily in unity and the Republicrats are at each others throats.
If the GoP doesn't get this right they are relegated to a non-party. They are almost there now.
You aren't going to see anything until the EO that doesn't exist yet happens.
Obama is living in your head for free while he yaps about an EO, but doesn't actually pull that trigger.

Will he? Maybe a weak one, that is legal, maybe one that is flagrantly illegal. Will Congress do squat about it? Probably not, I'm not holding my breath.
Will the States? Lots of governors want to be president in 2016, so they might.

Just put a bounty on any illegal entering the state, and give the state citizen(s) immunity for any “accident” that might occur.
That's awfully close to two thirds of all the states.
That suggests the ultimate weapon, to deal with the unthinkable which is no longer unthinkable.

I don't know how that will end, but I certainly know how I hope that it ends; with the original intent of the founders, which relied completely on the honor and ethics among national leadership material.
Since that reliance is no longer rational, something must seriously change in the explicit limitations of the powers of the executive.

Or state that since the President’s immigration solution is ordering the federal government to stop enforcing immigration law, they’ll solve Obamacare by not enforcing Obamacare mandates in their states, and they’ll solve power shortages by ignoring EPA mandates to shut down coal fire plants and ...
I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that citizens' militias are already out there.
