Newsmax TV is running a show on JFK that is a world premiere. Sounds interesting as a guy on the show admits to having killed JFK. You can watch it at the link.

Showtime ran a biopic of Joe Bonanno. He retired in Arizona and IIRC he died of old age. His retirement was approved by the commission.
After the flick, they had an interview with the old man. He said that Chicago had JFK killed and one of the shooters was in the sewer grate.
I have seen items in which the sewer grate was dismissed as a possible shooter site. I was in Dealey plaza a couple of years ago. Don’t know how anyone could get a good angle from the sewer openings on the curb.
Any theory with Chicago in it does not exclude Marcello. I believe he was under the auspicious of Giancano.

Well made, great detail, a successful shot is not hard at all for anyone reasonably comfortable with a rifle.

Man in the doorway is Lee Harvey Oswald, man sitting down and getting some chow is indeed, the Duke, John Wayne. I guess the picture was taken through a window but the faces are fairly clear. Just a bit of trivia.
Yes, that show is about James Files, I haven't seen it but will eventually.
I stand corrected it was James flies on the show, but the article I found had a Mob Boss Carlos Marcello as admitting. I thought the article was of the show.
I was also trying to watch NFL and college Football as well as FNC. Sorry.
The first episode of the show The Men Who Killed Kennedy listed a french man and his group as the assassins. He killed JFK, he said, because he and his group were paid million to do it. It was now deceased drug trafficker Lucien Sarti and he was part of a group. He said he did it with two other men whose identities were not relieved.
FWIW: methinks the “grassy knoll shots” was the result of a half-circle structure at that location, focusing an echo of the passing rounds (from Oswald) onto a point at that location and giving the auditory illusion of shots being fired from there. Most people do not understand how much noise a passing bullet makes, how long it takes to travel, and how the local architecture affected those facts.
Over 100 people died who were connected to the murder or knew possible suspects. That only fuels the conspiracy. Especially since it began with Oswald getting shot and then Ruby dying in custody before he could stand trial.
The Pergola is the half-circle structure, I always forget the word myself, seen in a map of Dealy Plaza.

There are some truly amazing coincidences of the Kennedy shooting and the Lincoln shooting:
1) After Kennedy was shot, he ran from a Lincoln Towne car to a Dallas Theater; Lincoln ran from a Dallas theater to a Kennedy Town Car (very few were in existence which makes it even more eerie;)
2) Lincoln’s secretary was named Nixon and Kennedy’s secretary was named KenStarr... I know, huh?
3) Ringo was arrested for the crime but was not convicted; Gerry Marsden (Gerry and the Pacemakers) shot a Lincoln Towne Car with a Liverpudlian BB gun and ran to the ferry crossing the Mersey. Not intertwined but still very odd...
3) Finally, Oswald didn’t know Karate but new Ka-razy and was not afraid to use it; Boothe was said to be a closet ballerina and had never heard of the term “Karate”

Lazamataz would appreciate the amazing coincidences and ironies in both crimes. Unconfirmed rumors have been swirling for years that Laz hit both Jackie O and o henry... now that little tidbit of irony just wraps it up in a lil’ pink bow, doesn’t it?

I would say in part, Oswald was a crackpot, bitter young man, pathological liar. Probably tried to shoot retired Lt. General Edwin Walker months before. He had the means and motivation.
But I don’t blame people for looking for a Conspiracy, it’s natural with the assassin being assassinated. I could be wrong but slowly over the years, I’ve moved to firmly believe Oswald was a lone-gunman, I could be wrong.
Another thing that I noticed was that there was a lot of echo off of both that building and the others around. That might explain the other “shots” that others said they heard.
That said, there were plenty of people that had grudges against him.
If memory serves,the SS broke up an attempted assasination in Houston the day before Dallas.

I’ve seen a film where JFK was in Southern California and the car was crawling at a slow pace and Secret Service men flanked the car and were walking it, about 4 men on both sides, no way one could have gotten JFK or at least without a lot of mayhem.
Tampa the week before was probably a bit similar in how the motorcade was run to Dallas.
The foiled Chicago plan was set for 11/2/63. The failed Tampa attempt was set for 11/18/63. The 3rd. go, in Dallas on 11/22/63, as we all well know did not fail.
OMG! That is freakin cosmic! What are the chances that the third and fourth “coincidences” would both start with the number “3”!!?? I never heard any of that over the past fifty-one years! (Well, except about Laz and o henry)
