Honestly, I wonder how many owners where in the “take the insurance money and run” mindset..
Area is going to pot... Insurance is up to date... Let um loot/distory the place, take the check and move.
Honestly, I’d think long and hard about defending a business if I knew the area was going to the dogs and not coming back for a long.. long.. time.
