Johnson says law enforcement told him that Brown’s juvenile arrest record contains a second-degree murder charge and information linking him to the notorious Crips street gang.

I was at Solano State Prison, Vacaville, CA, when the crips and bloods declared their truce, around 1992. Up until then, they went off on each other regularly. We wondered if they would unite and come after us instead, but that did not seem to materialize. They had some real donnybrooks at one time.
