Because it will take 2 years to unravel it. People who signed up, tax forms, so many cancerous tendrils ... think of removing medicare. It will take as long as it took to create this abomination.
I just wish we had people of character to stop the Ponzi scheme of Social Security. Anyone younger that 50 YO will never see a dime of it.
